The sale of tickets for the opening ceremony of ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 will start from February 10 in ten booths of Dhaka Bank.
This was revealed by the chief of Bangladesh Cricket Board, AHM Mustafa Kamal while talking to media here. “It will be sold from February 10,”.
The opening ceremony of the mega event will be held at Bangabandhu National Stadium on February 17 and it will be entertained by the several performers around the world. It is also learnt that there will be only 7500 tickets put for sale in Dhaka Bank.
The prices of the tickets for the opening ceremony will be Tk 1,000 for Gallery, Tk 10,000 for International Gallery, and Tk 20,000 for Grand Stand tickets while each chair of the Hospitality Box will cost Tk 35,000.
