Savera is located 11 kms from Chennai’s International Airport and 5 kms from the railway station. It is a few minutes’ drive from Marina Beach and the US Consul General’s office. Dining options at the hotel include The Piano, a 24-hour coffee shop serving a multi cuisine menu. Minar, situated on the 11th floor on the rooftop offers Mughlai food for dinner only, Malgudi is the South Indian and coastal cuisine dining outlet, which also has live carnatic music as an accompaniment to the food. The Bamboo Bar offers a choice of alcoholic beverages.

Savera has 11 conference and banquet facilities ranging from larger indoor halls that can accommodate up to 800 persons and smaller halls that can accommodate up to 60 persons. There is also a large Lawn that can accommodate up to 700 persons. The hotel can also arrange for audio video equipment on request.
